Eastern Wyoming College also has programs in hair styling. Eastern Wyoming College is a community college in Wyoming with several different locations. Students can choose from a certificate in hair styling or pursue an associate’s degree in cosmetology. Hair Cutting Licensing Requirements in Wyoming

In the state of Wyoming, future hair stylists will be required to complete a total of 1,200 hours of coursework and training to begin the licensing process.
